Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Illinois, or ability to obtain licensure within six months.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in stormwater management, drainage studies, and watershed planning.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
