Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage large teams of professionals in the construction of hyperscale data centers.
-Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
-Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
-Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects.
-Proven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex projects.
