Job Title: Automation & Controls Engineer (Water/Wastewater)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer with expertise in the water/wastewater industry to design and implement control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PLC programming, SCADA systems, control system design, and AutoCAD for creating control system layouts and electrical schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Integration:
- Design, configure, and implement automation and control systems for water/wastewater treatment processes, including PLCs, SCADA, and control hardware.
- Create system specifications, design documents, functional descriptions, and electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
Programming & Troubleshooting:
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for water/wastewater applications.
- Optimize control systems for improved performance and efficiency.
Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Control Engineering.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in automation and controls engineering, specifically in the water/wastewater industry.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.), SCADA/HMI systems, and AutoCAD.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, control theory, instrumentation, and electrical schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and design skills with AutoCAD.
