We are looking for a Sr. Control Systems Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on efficiently managing specialized tasks with precision and competence. It demands a keen attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and timely completion of tasks. General Job Duties
- Deliver services to meet client needs, focusing specifically on Control Systems.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Consult with and train end users on new applications.
- Assist in project development and planning.
- Perform onsite pilots, testing, and demonstrations as needed.
Location
- Based in/around Tampa/Orlando, FL.
- Remote position requiring 70-80% independent local travel to customer locations.
- Less than 10% travel outside of FL.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (EE, EET, ME, MET, or comparable) or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with:
- PLC Programming: Schneider Modicon, Allen-Bradley, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Schneider Electric, and Siemens.
- HMI Programming: GE IFIX, GE Cimplicity, Inductive Ignition, FactoryTalk ME/SE, Wonderware InTouch/System Platform, WinCC, or others.
- Control Systems implementation, design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Industrial application programming languages.
- Electrical Schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, process orientation, and excellent customer service attitude.

Preferred Experience
- AutoCAD or Drafting.
- Telemetry (GE MDS, Rajant, or other).
- Networking (Ethernet IP, Modbus, etc.).
Compensation and Benefits
- Target annual base salary: $100,000-150,000, based on relevant qualifications.
