Construction Survey Technician Opportunity in Beloit or Elkhorn, Wisconsin

Responsibilities:
- Serve as survey crew chief for diverse construction staking projects
- Manage project file setup, equipment maintenance, and reporting duties
- Ensure clear stakeout processes while professionally coordinating with contractors
- Work autonomously or occasionally supported by an intern
Key Skills Required:
- Trimble Equipment Proficiency. Understanding Trimble's advanced survey tools will be crucial for executing precise measurements on-site.
- Construction Safety Knowledge. Familiarity with OSHA standards ensures compliance and safety during all phases of construction operations.
- AutoCAD Experience (Training Provided). While experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates who demonstrate potential proficiency in using AutoCAD software for planning purposes.
- Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity. Efficient use of Outlook, Excel & Word supports daily administrative tasks related to surveys and reports.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have between two to six years of relevant experience. While no certifications are required LSIT credentialing would be advantageous but not mandatory. A hands-on approach towards managing various aspects from fieldwork coordination under minimal supervision reflects this position's autonomy
Work Arrangement & Salary Details:
This hybrid role favors onsite presence most days and is offering $62,000-$83,000 annually based on qualifications/experience level.
