We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Managers to oversee our upcoming construction projects. My client is looking for someone who has industrial experience in the Dallas Market and is looking to take on large projects within the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, with a minimum of 7 years in the industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
