Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Projects - Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute project schedules, budgets, and work plans while identifying potential risks and opportunities for efficiency.
- Team Coordination - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track and address challenges proactively.
- Quality & Compliance - Ensure all projects meet or exceed building codes, safety regulations, and client expectations.
- Client Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Site Oversight - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain construction quality.
- Financial Management - Track project costs, approve expenditures, and ensure profitability through cost-effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
