Job Description: We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects. From inception to final handover, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive team environment, providing leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
