Job Description:
They are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing water/wastewater construction projects or underground utilities. As a Construction Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects, from planning and design through construction and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee water/wastewater construction projects or underground utilities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in CMAR on heavy civil, water/wastewater construction projects or underground utilities.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
