What You'll Do:
- Lead CMT projects across diverse industries, ensuring excellence in testing and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of technicians and engineers.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in CMT engineering or geotechnical services.
- PE license (or ability to obtain one).
- Proven leadership in project management and team mentorship.
- Exceptional technical knowledge in materials testing standards.
