Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships in your territory. Use cold calling, B2B marketing, and networking events to grow your client base.
- Collaborate with the team to create service estimates and deliver persuasive sales proposals. Close deals by understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and aligning operations with client requirements.
- Communicate with existing customers, conduct site visits, and maintain strong relationships. Ensure client satisfaction and offer customized roofing solutions.
- Provide clients with expert roofing advice and solutions (repair, restoration, or replacement). Analyze and recommend cost-effective options for various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of services and proposals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about commercial roofing systems and services, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
