Job Title: Commercial Roofing Estimator

Job Description:
Legacy Roofing Services, one of the largest and most respected roofing service providers in Ohio, is currently looking for an experienced estimator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for completing roof evaluations and estimate developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in commercial roofing, consulting, and cost estimating.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately complete all phases of the estimating process for commercial roofing projects.
- Work closely with the members of the sales, operations, and purchasing teams to generate detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects based on start and completion times, staffing requirements, and materials.
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve our estimating process and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in Edge construction estimating software is required.
- Five years of experience in commercial roofing is required.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Thoroughness and reliability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
