Civil Site Team Leader - Kansas City, MO
LVI Associates have are working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy who due to major developments in new projects throughout the Midwest are now looking for a Civil Site Team Leader to continue to grow there in house civil site team out of there Kansas City office.
Responsibilities:
Provide business strategies and procedures to ensure the office is profitable and ensuring the projects stay on plan and within the set budget.
Provide oversight and quality control reviews for calculations, initial design and specs for a range of civil site projects.
Ensuring project managers are trained and well equipped to service and advise clients on project control & management
Responsible for servicing the firm with new clients across Missouri and the Midwest
Provide oversight and quality control reviews for collection and analysis of field data.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering or closely related engineering degree
- Kansas/Iowa Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain license.
- 10+ years of related civil site business development, project management & client interaction
- Adept at working on fast-paced projects.
- Experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Word and Excel software required.
- Extensive experience with turning over a book of work and servicing multi-million dollar clients
- Must be able to work effectively both on a team and individually.
