They are now on the lookout for an ambitious, driven & determined individual to come in and help spearhead their growth on both public & private projects across the community. The project manager will plan, direct and connect activities of designated projects to ensure that targets and aims of the project are attained within the expected time frame and funding parameters for the entire scale of the project, ensuring these duties are meant. Normal growth is dependant on the quality performance of vital duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing residential and commercial land development projects
- Performing and coordinating engineering design
- Coordinating with and mentoring EIT's
- Collaborating with designers
- Client management
- Consultant coordination
- Preparing feasibility reports and cost estimates
- Business development and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Registered Professional Engineer within the state - Minimum 6 years of experience
- Excellent time management skills, organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge in CAD software
