We are currently looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Project Engineer. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, in a hybrid office/remote environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and civil technicians on general engineering skills, complex hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, preliminary and final engineering strategies, road profile design, site grading techniques, and ADA compliance.
- Advise on and coordinate the preparation of engineering plans and reports for various project submittal packages.
- Coordinate engineering production activities with project managers.
- Direct civil design efforts for civil technicians, including providing Civil 3D design support.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and project timelines.
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for projects, including directing junior staff in preparing drainage reports.
Required Background and Skills:
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
- State of Washington PE licensure.
- Mastery of civil engineering principles.
- Strong design skills, including conceptual sketching and drafting.
- Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional engineering requirements.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
