Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Coordinate and lead design review meetings: Identify projects for review, schedule and conduct sessions, and track outcomes.
- Develop tools: Create automated design systems, project controls, and document workflows to streamline processes.
- Oversee project closeout: Handle financial closeout, archive project files, contribute to marketing databases, and document lessons learned.
Team Development
- Monitor staffing and resources: Ensure optimal workload distribution and team efficiency.
- Provide mentorship: Guide team members on design standards, quality practices, and technical execution.
- Foster growth: Offer ongoing training, host design review sessions, and support team development.
Technical Expertise
- Conduct design studies: Develop innovative design systems and schematic concepts during initial project phases.
- Produce high-quality deliverables: Prepare engineering designs, calculations, and detailed drawings for a range of Land Development projects.
Client Engagement
- Build relationships: Strengthen ties with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders while upholding core company values.
