Our client is a leading renewable company committed to developing sustainable energy solutions. They are seeking a dynamic HR Director/Chief of Staff to join their team and drive organizational excellence, performance management, and strategic initiatives.
Position Overview: We are looking for an HR Director/Chief of Staff who will be a key member of their executive team. This role will oversee APAC human resources functions and support the CEO/C-Suite in implementing strategic objectives. The focus will be on ensuring organizational effectiveness through performance management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and transformational strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record in driving organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement a performance management framework to track and improve employee performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to leaders and employees.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Organizational Excellence:
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Implement organizational development strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage executive communications and support the CEO in daily operations.
HR Operations:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in organizational transformation and change management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the oil & gas or renewable energy industry is a plus.
