Position: Process/Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Onsite with flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transition from lab-scale to full-scale production of polymer and membrane coatings.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for role-to-role coating, polymer processing, and membrane production (UF/RO).
- Implement and maintain high-performance coating and polymer synthesis techniques.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of expansion projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in role-to-role coating, polymer processing, or membrane production (UF/RO).
- Strong background in high-performance coatings, polymer synthesis, or membrane production.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility around hours.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
