Job Description: The Capture Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities within the DOD. This individual will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute capture plans and strategies, identify potential partners and teaming opportunities, and lead proposal development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DOD
- Develop and execute capture plans and strategies
- Identify potential partners and teaming opportunities
- Lead proposal development efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Monitor and track relevant contracts and RFPs
- Attend industry events and network with potential partners and clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development and capture management within the DOD
- Strong understanding of the procurement process within the DOD
- Proven track record of winning new business within the DOD
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering) preferred
