Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, specifically in commercial, data center, and life science projects.
- Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong network of industry contacts and clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
