- Assisting in the preparation of proposals or project scopes, including cost estimations.
- Overseeing and reviewing bid documents, technical reports, and permit applications.

The Bridge Engineer should have the following qualifications...
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan (preferred) or ability to attain
