Responsibilities:
Oversee and review the design work of engineers.
Collaborate seamlessly with other office locations on various projects.
Engage with clients, fostering and managing strong relationships.
Spearhead potential business development initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois.
Extensive design experience in highway and roadway projects.
10-15 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in software including MicroStation, OpenRoads, InRoads, and GEOPAK.
