Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of critical projects and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate logistics, and collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth deal execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, thrive in an early-stage company environment, and have the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and positive outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
- Bid and Proposal Management: Manage the preparation and negotiation of contract bids, vendor negotiations, and agreement finalization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate project progress, identify roadblocks, and update all stakeholders on key milestones.
- Scaling Operations: Help develop standards and procedures to streamline logistics, improve communication, reduce costs, and foster vendor, contractor, and consultant partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Design innovative solutions that drive business performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Third-Party Collaboration: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to support business operations. Identify and qualify new vendors to expand the company's capabilities.
- International Expansion: Engage consultants, government bodies, and external stakeholders to help grow the company's international reach.
- Shipping and Risk Management: Improve internal standards and procedures for shipping dangerous goods and mitigating risks in battery transportation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years in project management, logistics, or supply chain management
- Exposure to international freight forwarding or logistics preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and a focus on continuous improvement
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities in a growing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
