About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving technical results for our clients through effective technical sales, project management, and delivery coordination. You will work closely with sales personnel and manage relationships with outsourcing companies to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve technical results expected by clients through technical sales, post-contract project management, and delivery coordination in collaboration with sales personnel.
- Manage outsourcing companies, including liaising with EPC companies and partner firms, and overseeing project schedules.
- Propose and implement plans to enhance technical services based on customer consultations and troubleshooting.
- Provide valuable feedback from customers and the market to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in technical sales, project management, or project engineering in sectors such as industrial energy facilities, electric power companies, or EPC companies.
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Experience negotiating with EPC companies or subcontractors.
- Experience in system review and construction management of industrial storage batteries and industrial photovoltaic power generation systems.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Qualifications such as electrician or chief electrical engineer.
