This is a client-facing role that includes design support, with an RCDD designer available to assist
The position involves high-level consulting and strategic decision-making rather than hands-on design tasks

The progression path includes roles such as Senior Associate, Principal, and eventually an Ownership Stake
Candidates may initially join as an Associate or Senior Associate, depending on their qualifications and experience, subject to board approval

Compensation:
The salary range for this position ranges from $180K to $200K, reflecting the seniority and responsibilities of the role
