Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AV Sales Integration Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of AV integration solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of AV systems. This role requires a strong understanding of AV technology, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV integration market. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Technical Consultation: Work with clients to understand their AV needs and provide expert advice on the best solutions. Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and installation of AV systems. Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Quoting and Pricing: Develop and present quotes and pricing for AV integration projects, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Training and Support: Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of AV systems. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV sales and integration, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV technologies and integration processes. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
