Job Description: As an AV Mid Live Events Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships for our live events division. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of AV solutions for a wide range of events.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with new clients in the live events industry.
- Identify opportunities for upselling AV services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate AV solutions tailored to clients' objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of AV solutions.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the live events sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the AV or events industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of AV equipment and technologies is a plus.
