Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of automation projects, from design and prototyping to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, software development, and product management, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing systems.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automation engineering, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLC programming, SCADA, and other related technologies.
Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering automation projects on time and within budget.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
Problem-solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome complex technical challenges.
