Job Description: As an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, programming, and maintaining automation systems utilising Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix software. Responsibilities:
Automation Design and Programming: Design and develop automation solutions using Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix software, tailored to the specific needs of our manufacturing processes.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation enhancements, suggesting and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that automation systems meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
Training: Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations and facilitate troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix programming.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming using RSLogix software.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and controls.
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs.
