We are looking for highly experienced mechanical project managers, preferably with experience working on data centers, to work with an industry-leading mechanical contractor based just south of Baltimore. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a Project Manager on large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and union labor to ensure project success.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and executive leadership.
- Travel to job sites as needed to oversee project progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mechanical project management, with a focus on data centers and government projects.
- Strong understanding of union labor practices and field experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the DMV area.
