We are partnered with a leading consultancy providing geotechnical, materials testing and environmental support on a range of projects. They are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to head up the geotechnical and materials testing division.
Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services
- Mentoring: Managing and mentoring CMT/geotechnical engineering staff
- Senior Review: Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports
- Staff Development: Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
- Team Building: Ability to both bring in and do the work
- Marketing Affinity: An affinity for marketing and business development
- Project Collaboration: Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience
- Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license required
