Position Overview: As the Area General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our data centers across Germany. You will drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple data center operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support business growth and sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the data center or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
