A highly reputable Architecture + Design firm, with two offices in Illinois and 8 total in the United States, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their K-12 project group. This role affords strong growth, an ability to lead project teams and client relationships, and would be on a hybrid work model. Responsibilities:
- Oversees all aspects of the project, including contractual, administrative, and technical elements, to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion in line with the project's goals and objectives.
- Understands and develops contractual obligations.
- Manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; handles project communications and documentation; oversees office administrative tasks; and coordinates assignments for both internal team members and external consultants.
- Acts as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Contributes to the firm's marketing efforts by responding to RFQs and RFPs and participating in interviews.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience with previous Project Management preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams through all phases of design, and lead client relationships
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited University
- LEED Certification preferred
- Architectural registration heavily preferred
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience, with a high likelihood of base salary falling in the $95k-$135k range. Hyrbid work model consists of 2-days per week. This is NOT an IT position.
