Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to develop project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site project coordination as needed.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Proficiency in Revit is required; additional software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in K-12, healthcare, or life science projects is highly preferred.
- Architecture license preferred but not required.
