Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Principal and other staff to satisfy project needs
- Production of design drawings, construction documents, client presentations
- Participate in meetings with clients and coordination with consultants
- Conduct site visits and surveys using personal transportation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working at an architecture firm
- Professional license preferred but not required
- Understanding of building codes, documentation, and construction detailing
- Proficiency in Revit; familiarity or proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and 3D visualization
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work well in a small team-oriented environment
- Aptitude for problem solving and collaboration
- Applicant should live within a reasonable commute to the firm's location
